It's great to hear that our flexible work offer enabled you to pick up shifts with us that sat comfortably alongside your studies. Retail is a great place for people looking for a fast-paced, flexible environment, especially during peak times, like the run-up to Christmas. All our retail colleagues have a central induction at The Academy in Fort Dunlop where they get to learn all about customer service, meet suppliers and receive training on the latest technology. Every colleague also has access to our online e-learning, where colleagues can develop skills in the areas they're most interested in.

Our extensive network means we’ve got a wide range of working hours and contract types to suit whatever your life needs. If your local store are unable to provide the working hours you'd like, we may be able to offer them at a different branch. We encourage colleagues to speak to their line managers to discuss the possibility of different working hours in the first instance.
