I would have to say the people, everyone pulls together, shares knowledge and supports one another to hit collective goals. This is done in such a respectable manor which makes you feel vaued and heard.

Cons

Cons would be that we do not always get the time to be more collaborative with others - it would be nice to have more time to meet with other teams and build more of a rapport.
