I honestly don’t think there’s any

Cons

- Bullying is a problem. Management have witnessed it and don’t do anything about it. - When you raise an issue with management they don’t address it and change the subject. - Training is poor so you’re thrown into it and have to deal with customers being aggressive. - They say you get commission. You make so little it isn’t worth it.
