Management can be inconsistent and unprofessional when dealing with staff concerns Situations involving sensitive issues are not always handled with care or respect Communication is often unclear, and expectations change without proper explanation Staff can be made to feel scrutinised rather than supported Emotional wellbeing doesn’t seem to be a priority, even when someone is visibly distressed

Great company to learn your trade and gain experience - ahead of many other orgs in terms of processes and maximising existing capabilities. Talented co-workers.Good benefits, Opportunities to work across teams and domains.

Cons

Salary not competitive at the time(2010s). Growth opportunities few and far between. Too much reliance on long-term contractors than in upskilling and investing in existing employees.
