      If your not a female you get the shaft. If your not a butt kisser you get the shaft. If your not a Foreigner you get the shaft. As one of the people i knew from there. A black man. He would start his machine and sleep the day away. Didn't matter who caught him. It was ok because years ago he played the racecard so it was ok. As for a white male you are a number and if you get on a females bad side you will be gone. They will make up random crap to fire you. Dont ever go to human resources if someone is making your life hell. Idk if that is how it is everywhere else or just JEP. Jamestown engine plant
