They pay you. You get to learn a lot.

Cons

Company is not implementing Agile in any way. It's waterfall with some Agile parts. Despite the fact that the founder of this company was an engineer. Everything is dominated by managers. It's a managerial company, if you are engineer you are just a pawn. Director constantly threatens in a passive aggressive it's subordinates, and steals credit from them. Sexism. If you are a woman, run!!!

Many career options, lateral moves available, great corporate training, H1B sponsorship, smart coworkers. Good stepping stone job. Keep your head down, don't take risks, and you're probably good for five years.

Cons

Decades of forced rating and ranking have created a cut throat culture and killed morale. Risk taking is rare, mediocrity rules.
