Good place to learn in early stages of your career. Process H1 visa very freely. Good for people who like to talk and be in limelight without delivering anything. If you are a 'yes man', you will do well.

Do not value outside company experience. Favoritism. Does not value courage or out of the box thinking..

Cummins Western Canada has a good benefit package but very little else to recommend them to anyone. There is ample parking at the Winnipeg facility and there are good convenience stores in the area.

Cons

Gossip, backstabbing, public humiliation, poor management, cliques. This is a horrible place to work. The Customer Assistance Centre was mismanaged, and catered to 3 or 4 of the manager's favorites.
