      Good stable company but kind of old school culture

      Pros

      Good pay and cheap cost of living, you will save a lot. Its not a place for 80 hr workweeks. Friendly people.

      Cons

      Stuck in 90's six sigma is forced on you. Performance management keeps people scared all the time. Middle level management have job for life! only lower level employees get fired in downturn. Cyclical hiring and firing

      Great benefit package... some departments in the company are still ran like they should be

      Cons

      Work life balance is impossible, we were expected to put work first at all times. Senior management was unresponsive and not open to any new ideas.

      High turnover rate. Disorganized chaos everyday. Poor communication. Poor recognition. Everyone works independently. Pay is fair.
