      Pros

      Latest equipment and software to work on. Easy to become a lead engineer with a couple of years of experience. Not much work load, so not much work load pressure.

      Cons

      Office space is very old and is more like a factory than a company. Much old school type of company , and too much documentation than need. Need to write 3 different documents to record one change

      Some management folk are really good and know what they are doing. But that is only 20% is my feeling

      Cons

      Very presentation oriented Company than get the work done and we trust you. Documentation is good but their has to be a efficient and productive way of doing it. I feel Company can be 30% more efficient if they do that. Some folks have really done good presentations and succeeded somehow, but in reality they are lack on Knowledge and courage to take a stand.

      engine and power generation business have good growth potentials, but this grow th has nothing to do with filtra tion

      Cons

      a cheap company, employees are under paid and could be treated better. workload is not equal between employees, no work life balance.
