Freedom to manage your own schedule.

Cons

South Windsor CT office is an absolute mess. Rude office staff, terrible management and unqualified installers. You can never get anything you need to do your job and customers hate the service after sale. Would work for another Culligan office other than this one, but if you are looming at working in the South Windsor Office stay far away.
