Too many sales people, not enough appointments and micro-managing. Low commission pay, no gas or vehicle allowance

There’s always work to do, so time will pass quickly. Nice co-workers and supervisor. Upper management will have consideration for you if you put in the extra effort.

Cons

It’s a service company, so expect to work half of the federal holidays many other companies honor and close. There’s medical insurance, that’s all.
