Pros
I work for Culligan for 5 years now, and the pros are that you have to learn on the job, the boss is really nice and available, also eager to pass on knowledge and give dutiful tasks
Cons
information flow between departments and even within the department is slow, needs to be pulled out, decision making is held in the hands of the CEO, since the last merger the company has grown a lot, but the employees are not used to it, career opportunities are limited
