Nothing, maybe weekends off? That's how low the bar is.

Cons

Basically if you want as little and inconsistent training possible? While also constantly being aggressively yelled at by coworkers for either asking for help or being constantly bombarded with more work other people are reluctant to train you on? You've come to the right job. There were some decent coworkers, mainly the drivers are the best, a lot of the warehouse staff. But management is more concerned with darting off to the warehouse to support them while adding more to your already high work load. If you like being constantly yelled at and having a high work load? Then by all means apply here, but there are better call centers you can work for.

Pretty stress free job. You get to meet a wide range of people and you’re doing a job that truly helps people.

Cons

There’ll be times you have to get into some pretty nasty crawl spaces. When busy it can get overwhelming trying to keep up sometimes.
