It's pretty easy work and they are pretty flexible if you need time off. They pay for all Maintenance on their vehicles.

Cons

Your daily schedule on what route you run, can change at any time. If your having a hard time with someone who didn't follow through with an assignment, nobody seems to care.

Everyone I worked with are very nice people.

There is simply not enough help to get the job done. I was promised there would be another person to help in the office. After many weeks of interviewing, it was decided to "promote" within. He was a huge help for the few weeks in that position, but since this office was short-handed also for servicemen, he was sent out (in his new office attire) to install water softeners. Our delivery guy (our only delivery guy) had 48-52 deliveries of 50 pound bags of salt and 5 gal bottles of water to make each day. It was obvious that things were heading down hill for me too. I quit.
