Pros

I've been here for three years working in their Paris offices and I've been enjoying it lot. It's very stimulating. I met lots of smart and nice people. I seized the opportunity to self-educate myself on databases with the help of the best specialists there are.

Cons

Lack of formal training opportunities: there's no one in charge of training in this company and I have to pay for my own language classes.

Pros

Giving great responsibilities to the employees very quickly, amazing colleagues, very cool workplace, interesting product and technology. The company is human sized which is enabling incredible relationships with colleague, during and after the workday.

Cons

Not best in-class salary, huge treatment difference between core functions like r&d and support functions like finance or IT. Criteo can do better in this area.

Pros

The company treats employees well. It is possible to plan a career path. Great location of the office in Barcelona, nest to the port.

Cons

Criteo is a big international company, with established bureaucratic procedures. It is not the agile start up anymore. Of course this has its pros and cons.
