9yHello - thank you so much for your feedback - really appreciate the candor and helping us understand where we need to focus our energy. Really sorry to hear that you didn't feel like you had sufficient options around career growth- this is something we are truly trying to address. As a company growing ~30% year over year, there are more than enough opportunities for growth. However they aren't always accessible or transparent to everyone, and this is a problem we are actively working on. We wouldn't want employees to feel the way you did.
