Pros

- salary (for Spain) - good health insurance - perks (ticket restaurant, gym allowance, company shares etc.)

Cons

- focus on useless projects instead of core products - leadership without a concrete vision for company’s future - takes very long to get promoted in markets with low employee churn

Thanks for taking the time to share the perks that you enjoy at Criteo. We announced last February a transformation plan to pivot into a Commerce Media Platform, leveraging both our strong tech assets and long-standing relationships with retailers. We truly believe that this will expand our addressable market and create new internal opportunities as well.
