Pros

-much like any other company, your boss will make or break you. I was lucky I had a manager who are passionate about the product, a hunter, overall set a great example for me. - there's already a system in place for most things. This can be quite overwhelming at the beginning, but will be helpful after a certain time. - can be fully remote if you prefer - great benefit (salary, commission, full coverage insurance)

Cons

- people are not very willing to help. No one is going to hold your hand so be ready to learn everything by yourself. - some people are just very lazy, barely do any work, and some leaders are just lousy and expect you to understand everything from day 1 without willing to lift a finger to help. for some reason these people have survived the lay-off while new employees who are hard working and eager to learn being let go. - recent layoff

Pros

Ok work life balance Benefits, vacation Good offices

Cons

Re-org and layoffs have caused massive problems and good people were eliminated. The organization and it’s leadership has no direction and tiny budget. Everything is controlled by a few managers who pick favorites to work on huge projects and then get recognized for it by sales. Other ppl are left to the side. Senior leaders are out to promote themselves only so watch out. No career growth unless you know how to thrive in this kind of toxic environment.

Pros

Used to be a great environment with nice colleagues, good management and satisfactory benefits, but unfortunately that's not the case anymore. Here is why...

Cons

The company is fastly moving away from its people-centric approach to a "revenue over everything else" approach. The higher management is only focused on keeping the company profitable "no matter how" in the recent months, while the HR was already doing an awful job in terms of managing the compansation, providing equal opportunities worldwide, handling the recent layoff situation, and on all other points we need them the most. I'm so upset to see that once a great company like Criteo is now just like any other mediocre company in the market.
