      A great corporate culture, people helping each other.

      Cons

      The environment the company is evolving in is changing with the emergence of LLMs agents which is a huge change regarding the previous tech competencies of the company and the salaries are not aligned with the kind of profile needed.

      A great company with talents

      Pros

      Criteo is definitely a great place to work. You meet extremely talented people, you are challenged in your Day to Day job but you will be supported and listened to. It is a scale up so everything is fast, you will not be bored and you will gain massive experience. Compétitive salary, beautiful offices, benefits.

      Cons

      The fact that it goes fast can be sometimes overwhelming and difficult to follow. The company is French but all the business and strategic décisions are taken from the US which can be frustrating.
