Great people willing to help you. Everyone wants the company to be successful and has a can do attitude. Technology is good and provides tons of value and company continues to invest in making it better.

Cons

Executive leadership treats US market like French market that has not had the same level of competition and challenges. Being an international company means looking at each market through a different lens. They are not all created equal.
