      Inhumane and awful leadership for the Solutions Expert Team

      Pros

      -great external brand -pay & benefits were pretty good -other depts/areas of the company seem great

      Cons

      -the head of the Solutions Expert team is a toxic awful leader. She doesn't really understand the product and if you're placed on her team, please be prepared to be gaslighted and have little to no support and be disrespected- having any sort of opinion that is not agreeable is seen as "defensive" and "not a fit". If you're interviewing - ask about the most recent team member that was inhumanely let go before the holidays due to "performance" issues that were not actually valid.

      Growing too fast is creating growing pains and causing a big mess. Too many changes all at the same time.

It's a challenge to find the sweet spot between growth and stability, but managers and leadership do their best to make each and every obstacle an opportunity for development: "try, learn, and grow"!

      Pros

      I would not be where I am without the people at Contentsquare. They are bright, motivated, and are always looking for new ways to win. I am immensely proud to have worked for Contentsquare, and 100% would return back and recommend anyone join the CSquad. The folks in Denver, especially, are truly high quality and performing humans that I can't thank enough for making my experience so positive. CS has the resources and vision to truly become the giant in the DXA space and beyond...and I very much so believe in how we are building the product based on future data security and privacy trends.
