Pros

Incredible opportunity with a great international company. Amazing technology that actually works (I have worked at several companies where the tech isn't as good). Clients love us, and the opportunity in the US is absolutely massive. Get to go to Paris for yearly kick off.

Cons

As with any startup there are some growing pains, but the new office is fantastic in Manhattan and already feels much better.

Thank you for taking time to leave a review and for your years you spent at CSQ. We're glad to hear you appreciated your time in Tel-Aviv and enjoyed the opportunities to connect with global colleagues in our recent kickoff in Berlin. We also hear your concern about inclusion and how belonging was experienced while you were here. As a global company, it’s important that people from different backgrounds feel included and able to grow, and it’s difficult when that isn’t how things come across. Feedback like this is taken seriously and shared with leadership as we continue working to strengthen inclusion and fairness across the company.

Pros

- Health insurance; - Remote work; - Lots of common systems to learn and work with.

Cons

- Layoffs. Not just once a year, but people disappear throughout a year every two or three months. Every work day can be the last one. - Zero growth opportunities. - Zero support from managers. - Products become worse with each iteration. - Lack of communication regarding product/process changes. - As a result of constant layoffs, people are extremely overworked.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We recognize that this reflects a very difficult experience you've felt and are currently feeling, and we don’t take that lightly. We hear your concerns around repeated layoffs, workload pressure, and the impact this has had on support, communication, and day-to-day work. We know the last few years haven't been easy and ongoing uncertainty can be exhausting, affecting morale and trust. This period of change have been challenging for many, and while decisions are made with long-term sustainability in mind, we know that doesn’t lessen the strain teams can feel in the moment. Feedback like yours is reviewed and shared with leadership as we continue working to improve clarity, support, and how change is managed and communicated. If you have additional feedback, we highly encourage you reach out to your PBP, your manager or senior leader, and don't hesitate to provide feedback in our pulse surveys or engagement surveys anonymously.
