Pros

clear leadership vision for the next years exciting product & technical challenges strongly skilled teams, still a very collaborative and pragmatic mindset for a company of this size

Cons

very dynamic environment, under transformation - merging with previously acquired companies, with ambitious goals and timelines. its not always a fully framed and processed env. you need to be autonomous and adaptable to fully enjoy the experience

Pros

A number of super kind individuals. People are very hard working. Lucky to have a job in this difficult tech environment and after multiple rounds of layoffs.

Cons

I've never written a negative review for an employer, but I felt compelled to submit something. Glassdoor feels like one of the only true outlets we have for our voice. Maybe a few others who have recently submitted reviews feel this way. The culture and climate at Contentsquare has really taken a toll on my mental health. I take pride in my work, and I don't make that claim lightly. Morale is very low across the company. Work life balance is non existent. As a whole, pay and benefits are average, at best, for the tech industry. Team members are pulled in a million directions with current goals, restructuring, and acquisitions. I don't know anyone working a reasonable (late nights and weekends). I appreciate for some this may pay off, but for a majority of us, I wonder how it is worth it. If you feel this way, you are not alone!
