We offer multiple benefits including well-being allowances and support, generous PTO policies, personal & professional developmental opportunities, flexible work location policies, and equity to name a few. With the integration of Heap and Hotjar, we strove to reach a middle ground for all three companies in terms of the benefits offered, which resulted in changes to the perks and benefits now available for some. Still, we feel strongly that our offerings today are competitive, and we will continue to monitor, adapt, and improve our offerings every year.
