Pros

Lots of good people in the London office. Nice office location, fair perks, plenty of opportunities to learn working with strong client base. Would recommend working here for sure.

Cons

Post-acquisition too many people from acquired companies moaning about how great they had it before (accounts for a large chunk of the negative reviews on here). Some departments bloated whilst others have too few people.

- Really flexible culture - trusted to do role with very little micro management - Work life balance is very strong - Extra perks to work abroad, travel to global offices, wellbeing allowances, learn other languages - Compensation very good with regular reviews/ opportunities to improve every year - Great, modern, centrally located offices with so many perks - regular social events organised, great office managers, food/ drinks/ lunches - The people are great - ambitious, smart but friendly and easy to work/ get on with

Cons

- More forward planning in overall strategy - not working so reactively -
