      Pros

      I have to say by far the best and most rewarding onboarding I have experienced in any SaaS company I have worked for. My colleagues and the wider team are extremely attentive and the culture and atmosphere is super chill, we are trusted and empowered to get the job done all with flexibility top of mind. The working space is great and we have a great hybrid model which allows us to be at the comfort of our home and also the option to get into a very vibrant and awesome office.

      Cons

      Truth be told there are not any from my end so far!

      - A lot of work - The product changes a lot, so you need to constantly keep up with it

      Pros

      - Good size, not too big, not too small - Lots of benefits, offices are great - Always something to learn: always a new market, a new product, a new project launching - Strong company culture: people support each other, we always challenge how we work - A French company that turned international - you work with colleagues from different countries - I personnally feel trusted which is super important - Some genuine efforts to make the company more diverse and inclusive - Mission-driven company

      Cons

      Not really cons, it just depends on what you're looking for: - It's a fast growing scale up, so you need to like being in a changing environment where everything is still not super structured (yet). - The company has grown a lot in the last few years, so it's not a start up anymore, we're 1800 people now (not really a con in itself, it depends on you). - There's a good respect of work/life balance, but definitely not a company for you if you want something not demanding.
