Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review and for your years with Contentsquare. While not all positive feedback, we are glad to hear you valued the strength of the product and the strength/quality of the people you worked with internally and externally. We also want to acknowledge your feedback on pace, pressure, and the impact of frequent change. Scaling quickly can bring opportunity, but it can also create intensity and uncertainty. We've had to make difficult financial decisions to support long-term sustainability for the company over the last few years. These decisions weren't taken lightly, and we realize the impact it has had on our teams and individuals. We are actively working towards alleviating that pressure and boosting morale within the CSQuad, but as you can imagine, it takes time. All this to say, your advice is well taken, and perspectives like yours help inform how we think about building for the long-term while supporting teams along the way.
