Pros

Recruitment process is great, they give you maximum visibility and lots of feedback along the way. Great supportive atmosphere, management is here to help you to grow and really want to match your aspirations. Offices are wonderful (Wework) with all small perks you could think of. Cutting edge technical stack (micro-frontends, micro-services), emphasis is put on conception phases, code quality and scalability. The company clearly is in the slow and steady phase rather than the quick and dirty one. Compensation & Benefits are aligned with the market.
