We greatly appreciate every opportunity to improve, for we believe that building a great team and culture is curated over time and will be an ongoing process. We understand that there were some management shifts and attrition at the beginning of the year that may have been difficult to experience and forced our team to make some tough adjustments. We believe that we have hired strong new talent and begun to work on solid initiatives that will create positive changes in the long run that will lead our team members and business to greater success. We are also sorry to hear that there was a lack of support and training while you worked at Content Square. We are currently working hard at creating more opportunities for our teams to grow themselves professionally with the help their managers. Additionally, we are developing career paths for all roles to create a clear avenue for our employees to assess where they need to grow to get themselves to that next step in their career.
