- Culture for a start-up company is amazing - Plenty of spiffs and benefits - Very encouraging team members + managers + management - Constant recognition from Managers + management - Travel benefits for Events + marketing + partnership - Involvement for SDR to get leads from these events

Cons

- Wellness Benefit is on the low side compared to market value - Phone bill not covered - Onboarding/training could be better

Pros

Having never been in a start-up environment it is absolutely refreshing to see/experience peers working together at such a high level. Advice and/or mentorship is always a call away to assist in accomplishing your goals.

Cons

Rapid growth = constant change. More internal communication regarding career path and growth transparency. As the company grows those topics become more relevant and spoken about.
