Pros

- The people are genuinely the best part of the role - supportive, driven, and I’ve made great friends here. - Culture is very “work hard, play hard” in a good way, and the sales floor has strong energy and competitiveness that keeps you motivated. - The product is strong and something you can get behind when speaking with prospects.

Cons

- There’s no longer a clear route to progression. When I joined, I was told there was a 12-month pathway to move from SDR into AE. Two years later, that pathway has been scrapped, and there have been no discussions about promotion or even a base pay increase. - There’s been a lot of internal changes and restructuring, which makes things feel unstable at times. - Onboarding and training could be much stronger - new hires often struggle to pass probation, and I feel the lack of support doesn’t set people up for success. - High turnover in the SDR team due to performance-related issues, but without the right tools/training, it feels avoidable.

Thank you for the thoughtful review and for calling out the team, culture, sales energy, and product. It’s great to hear that these are all motivators. We hear you comments about progression, onboarding, and the pace of change. We’re rebuilding a clearer SDR progression using the ongoing skills framework that spells out the competencies for each level and the criteria for moving forward, so expectations are more transparent. In parallel, our onboarding revamp is in progress to strengthen 30/60/90 ramp and manager enablement so that our new hires are truly set up for success. Thanks again for the candid feedback, it’s helping us improve. If you’re open to sharing more about your experience, we encourage you to reach out to your PBP.

Fantastic interview process

Pros

Great from start to finish. The recruiter Louis stayed in touch through every step and provided feedback. Interviewing was refreshing. It didn't feel like they were trying to stump you. It was all about understanding you as a person and how you fit the goals of the org. The benefits are great here as well as the training and success plan. I am new but so far it has been excellent. You are in control of your success. No micro management that I have seen but they expect you to get the job done.

Cons

The company has been integrating multiple acquisitions. There are always growing pains from that. The only thing I can see is that there is a lot of change. So far what I have seen they communicate clearly and understand that the change is difficult.

Team members held back due to favoritism

Anonymous employee

Business Outlook

Pros

Some teams are talented and passionate.

Cons

There is a clear pattern of favoritism, especially toward employees based in Paris or those with personal connections to senior leadership. This undermines merit-based advancement and creates a two-tier culture. Nepotism is an open secret—promotions and visibility often favor insiders rather than the most qualified contributors. I.e. mostly the C level team members (french men). Non-Paris teams frequently feel sidelined, with fewer growth opportunities and less support from leadership. Feedback mechanisms are weak; concerns about bias or unfair treatment are often ignored or dismissed. Morale suffers in teams outside of the favored inner circle, which leads to high attrition among top performers. Product team is a mess with sub-par leadership.
