The current health situation has forced us to close our offices for several months to preserve the health of our teams. This has cut the physical link that we all had but we have compensated for this with concrete actions: switching all of our rituals to distance, including informal exchanges, training in full remote situation management, assistance in equipping employees to work well from home, setting up distance sports courses, regular visits, etc....
We have done our best to keep the link and be as present as possible for each member of the team and are sorry that it wasn't enough for you. However, the feedback from the surveys is very positive and the teams seem to appreciate the actions we are taking in this direction. And in view of your garde, I believe that you don't hold it against us :)
