Pros

The Management team has done a great job with maintaining a strong culture with the majority of us working remotely during COVID times. The HR team regularly surveys us to gather feedback to understand how best to support us and truly listens to what we have to say. The company genuinely cares about our safety and wellbeing. There's been tremendous growth and innovation of our product. Over the last 12 months, our Product, R&D teams have worked hard to roll out a number of new features and product lines.

401k matching, decent health insurance plans, unlimited pto, some nice managers

Cons

It's hard to bring any good outcomes for the customers when the manager you work under is a maniac. She makes it hard to skim mobile ;). Also makes it an incredible challenge to sanely work because she can be very rude and bullies peope. I've neer seen a 40 something year old act in such a way. I have no idea how she's managed to behave this way so long and is almost invincible.
