      Pros

      Amazing ambiance, young and dynamic people working for the company. There is a lot of energy in the office and you will never feel alone. A lot of this energy flows top down and hence makes a lot of difference. You get to work with very experienced people and people who have mastered a specific aspect of the product sphere. The variety of the technology stack is something that a developer will dream about.

      Cons

      You need to be on your toes to stay with the velocity of the company but that is not at all bad.

      Pros

      Working here for several years, I met a lot of great and passionate colleagues! Team spirit is the key of success from the beginning in CS. Teams are talented and it's really motivating working with people all around the world on same projects, sharing experiences and expertises. My job well evolved, growing with my team avoiding routine and following the growth and success of the company. Your colleagues are not just your table neighbors, they are your babyfoot and party partners too. It's a CS pillar: kindness between most of employees, sharing work & fun moments.

      Cons

      As many startups, we grew up fast: changing processes, ways of work, teams members, so you have to adapt yourself and follow the rhythm. Some people could be lost during these changes and not lived that like a positive challenge. In some teams, there is really a lack of processes what could be inefficient and sometimes a real waste of time. Other team members had to work hard to solve these organization & work problems. I'm confident with real issues soon on that topic.

      Pros

      Ambitions are very high and the direction give means to reach them. All people are involved and are seeking to improve continuously, sometimes a bit awkwardly, but with always goodwill and great skills. The technical stack is exciting, challenged regularly, wisely, with the arrivals of new clients, which are bigger and bigger.

      Cons

      ContentSquare is not a quiet company, it's constantly in movements. If the vision is clear, the way to reach it is still blurry.
