Decent salary and benefits. Culture is young enough that you can make changes where you might want to help.

Cons

Culture is young there are a few odd egos floating around the company that make things weird. They let me go saying it was performance based without telling me why or without any warnings. Sales team came off as arrogant and ignorant, when I tried to help lean into our strengths they were hurt.

Great company culture with strong team cohesion. Onboarding and interview process is quick and attentive. So much opportunity for growth and already seeing so many internal promotions!

Cons

Things are constantly changing, you have to be able to roll with the punches.
