We are sorry to read that your experience did not fully live up to your expectations and our efforts. However, your feedback is surprisingly inconsistent with the feedback we get from our teams. According to our latest survey, 95% of our teams are very satisfied with their relationships with their colleagues and 91% of them trust their management to support and evaluate them. We are continuing our efforts on these points.
