Thanks for your feedback. Overall we are happy to see that our teams are very satisfied with their management. Based on our last engagement survey, 84% consider that their manager is a great role model for employees and 84% feel that their manager is the right person to manage them. However we understand that your experience of some managers' capabilities was disappointing to you and are very sorry to hear that. For sure, improvements can always be made. We are convinced that managers and leaders have a key role in driving, growing, inspiring our people and that it's not an easy job and can sometimes be even more challenging in a fast growing organization. That's why we will accelerate our investment in our management and leadership capabilities starting with an in-house Team that will develop robust Leadership programs and initiatives such as : Manager PlayBook, first time manager program or middle-managers role modeling boost while keeping on offering individual coaching when needed. We hope these efforts will set our leaders up for success and help deliver the best employee experience to our teams.
