      very bad recruitment process

      They were nice and they have multi cultural culture

      Cons

      They scheduled calls and forgot to be there on the due time, Also won't take responsibility for that and say they are sorry

Unfortunately, you had a bad experience with no-shows to scheduled calls and we have given the feedback to the team so that we can avoid this from happening again in the future.

      Good compensation for the role, increasing growth opportunities as the company grows, great team dynamic, empathetic management, executives and managers are making the effort to cultivate company culture (which is difficult given the pandemic)
