      Contentsquare is doing things right.

      Pros

      Focus on product innovation. Focus on building out the digital experience industry. Great communication with managers/employees. Employees are made to feel like they matter first. Everyone gets equity (stock options).

      Cons

      Younger workforce (may have some biases towards older workforce). Some silo mentality across workforces in different countries. Equity amounts (stock options) could be a little more.

      Love this place

      Pros

      We are getting big but still have an entrepreneurial spirit in everything we do. Open, enthusiastic and engaging management, who are humble and open to ideas. On top of that the product is class and our customers love it.

      Cons

      Very little to add here. Policies are constantly changing for the better, for example increased paternity leave and well-being benefits etc.

      Make Ambition More Human

      Pros

      - A very ambitious company with the means to move forward - An inclusive and caring culture, focused on team spirit and uniqueness - Absolutely incredible staff selection. My colleagues are very talented, I'm amazed. - Extremely fertile decompartmentalized operations. You need an anwser, you can pretty much ask anyone. No silos.

      Cons

      - Fast. Everything goes really fast. I wonder what it's like to stay and be older in a company where everything moves so fast and you need constant focus. - Operational Noise. Since all activities are not in silos, you may have to accept to be agile and sometimes be interrupted by someone who has a question that has nothing to do with your work at the moment.
