      Pros

      Leadership Team are very transparent and accessible Flexible Working and remote opportunities. Culture and Values are embedded in everything, the way we communicate and celebrate Exciting roadmap ahead with growth globally and an amazing opportunity

      Cons

      Growing pains can be hard to navigate, chaos and back and forth in decision making. Processes are being put in place to minimise management by slack. Slow to progress on DEI initiatives.

      Best Company I've Ever Worked For

      Pros

      I've been in SAAS for over a decade and have worked at multiple private companies. Contentsquare is by far the best company I've worked at in this space in regards to compensation, collaboration, and culture. This company truly gives you the freedom to thrive and improve not only your role but contribute to the greater good of the company.

      Cons

      Just waiting on that IPO but I have faith in our leadership team to get the job done.

      Contentsquare is doing things right.

      Pros

      Focus on product innovation. Focus on building out the digital experience industry. Great communication with managers/employees. Employees are made to feel like they matter first. Everyone gets equity (stock options).

      Cons

      Younger workforce (may have some biases towards older workforce). Some silo mentality across workforces in different countries. Equity amounts (stock options) could be a little more.
