As always we appreciate the feedback and we acknowledge more work needs to be done with our DE&I efforts, but at Contentsquare we truly embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion and we are intentionally making it a business priority and are committed to doing so. We have created DE&I committees in all of our locations and we are currently working with an outside consultant agency to make sure we are moving in the right direction. We are also actively seeking to increase representation in underrepresented groups through our recruiting process.

Pros

- Fast paced yet fun work environment, and surrounded by hardworking and friendly colleagues - Clear company vision and goals - Experiencing tremendous growth - Strong leadership team in place - they are experts, inspiring, approachable/transparent, and they truly care about employees (how they handled the pandemic proved this)

Cons

- Some of the challenges we face are related to the fast-paced nature of a successful and growing company (a good problem IMO). For instance, processes are not fully established or vetted with other internal groups which can lead to some gaps or inconsistent messaging and expectation setting. - More work is needed on the DE&I front - as with many tech companies. Taking good steps to actively improve in this area. No company is perfect, but Contentsquare truly is a good company to work for, with good people. It's definitely worth vetting as a potential employer!
