Really nice people, culture & working environment. Non-hierarchical, & fun. Clear mission & strategy makes it easy to align personal contributions with company goals. Flexible working.

Cons

Lots of change at fast pace is not for everyone.

Pros

- Well paid - Commission structure is fair and rewards large deals - Incentives for quarterly achievement (although difficult to achieve in enterprise software sales) - Lots of talented people - Pre-sales director in the UK is exceptionally good, as is the implementation teams. - Fantastic customer experience teams, never worked somewhere that clients do so much selling for us and love the brand this much - Company makes correct decisions around workforce reduction to remove un-needed duplicate resources, that's just the real world we live in and many review are from people who were no longer needed.

Cons

- The downside of giving everyone a voice is that sometimes it goes to far and impacts sales processes, and the time required to execute simple tasks. To many people will tell themself something cant be done because of XYZ, when in fact its an obstacle that isn't real. - CSM lack trust in sales on large accounts - Platform needs a little more focus on large clients so that scalability isn't an issue.
