It's a hard sell. I'm not a huge fan of this company, hence seeking other opportunities.
Pros
Good atmosphere. Fun co-workers. Supervisors and management staff are somewhat laid-back, allowing for a casual air that helps lots of people thrive in the workplace. Pay is decent, and so are benefits.
Cons
The opportunity for growth is usually a blatant lie. They'll tell you that you're prepared, ready to go, and there's spots available, but if the manager doesn't like you, he'd rather let go of an asset than do something (such as promoting you, as promised) to retain you. Plus, they don't offer a lot of engagement that makes you feel like you're wanted, and an asset. The company also has a bad habit of doing things that absolutely screw over people who have worked there for years, such as raising the pay of new-hires who have been working for several months to be directly in line, or higher than the pay of someone who has worked there for years. They'll feed you lots of good words, but when the time comes to actually retain the good workers they've had for years, they don't care.
