      Pros

      $12.25 an hour. Fun, inclusive work environment. Professional management with an open door policy. Paid time off, medical and life insurance, flexible scheduling, raises, unlimited overtime.

      Cons

      Conduent's client is a cell phone carrier. They make their call center agents sign a non disclosure agreement in training to prevent them discussing what they learn about the way this company does business and treats their customers. The problem with this job is that keeping it depends on getting good scores on the after call surveys. However, if you call in and there is nothing I can do to "fix" you situation and you're angry at the company, what is the likely hood that you are going to give me a good score? Call center agents end up having to pass the buck and tell the customer what they want to hear without actually following thru in order to get good scores. And you need to be the type of person who does not take anything personally and can handle being screamed and cussed at on a regular basis.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule and willing to work with you on schedule needs. Very lax management style and allow for self management.

      Cons

      Schedule changes can and do happen overnight which can be hard. Little to no management involvement means issues can get out of hand without being resolved.
