Pros

Easy hire, paid training, remote during covid

Cons

Working there. It high stress, not a long term job, too many ways to get marked low performing. They have 4-5 performance grading scales, just different excuses to terminate you once the phone stop ringing. Communication is minimal, favorite line of management is that's a good question I'll have to get back to you about that. Working with people (managers) who are condescending and patronizing. It's seasonal/contract work but listed as fulltime permanent. Benefits are too expensive, like 200 per check pay then 4000 or more out of pocket. High turnover, racist co workers and, getting verbal abused by callers.

Friends, Family & Fiserv = Failure

Pros

It’s a job, but don’t expect growth unless you are one of the Fs... friends, family or Fiserv. Very difficult to find any Pros. There are some great people there... legacy Conduent teams.

Cons

No vision by leadership. Appears to be rebuilding Fiserv but with no product investment. Doesn’t value longer term employees. Always “upgrading” talent by hiring Fiserv friends and relatives.... when they have no real experience. Never post or notifies anyone of open positions. They just hire a Fiserv person or a relative. Horrible benefits. Impossible revenue targets with lack of product focus.

Pros

Decent food and public transportation within walking distance

Cons

Training completely lacks - I have prior CSR experience and cannot believe how horrible the training was. Complete focus on "finding the answers" none of those answers they train you on will actually help you on the phone, their antiquated and counter-intuitive software system and absolutely no focus on customer service or how to deal with back to back calls where people need answers, training does not provide any of those answers. And when you are done with training your "supervisor" seems irritated that you ask a question or need help. My apologies, great leader, that I do not know everything about this position on day #2 and forgive me for interrupting you scrolling thru Instagram. Bonuses and other promises never delivered on. Sharing workspaces during a global pandemic. I regret leaving my prior position to work for these bozos.
