Pros

The best reasons to work there are colleges. Wish I could list some positives but since becoming Conduent there is nothing I can really say.

Cons

No salary increases, bad communication. Only main focus is on the US and India not Europe. Say they care about employees and then do nothing to show for it except give no salary reviews, cut benefits and do rounds of RIFs every year.

Cons

This place is a sinking ship. Cutting benefits, awful bonuses, multiple RIFs... employees searching for other opportunities because they don't know if they'll be the next to go.
