      Good but a corporate machine

      Pros

      Good place to work with good benefits. A world wide company with lots of opportunity for advancement. New and interesting projects pop up all the time.

      Cons

      Typical corporate mentality. Have to put up with constant cost cutting measure that put the expense of working back on the employee. Raises are few and far between. In fact, I haven't had one since the company split from Xerox.

      Pros

      After two years of work, the best "pro" I can come up with is that their paychecks are issued on time. If you want a lateral transfer to another area in the office, it's fairly easy to apply and move. Overtime is a rarity, but when it is offered, it is generally voluntary.

      Cons

      Compensation and benefits is not competitive in the industry or region. New hire contracts are paid more than full-time regular employees. No one holds management accountable for the things they say and do, and they have no follow through. All levels of management play favorites. Front line employees are treated like peons. The company has a culture according to their marketing materials, but none is actually in effect or practiced. Systems are extremely slow or even nonfunctional daily and even though upper management says they are investing in technology, none of that investment is trickling down to the front line.

      No pay raises, management could care less about employees, terrible benefits, offshore opportunity only. Toxic environment
