      Pros

      You receive pay and expenses timely. Some very talented and dedicated employees on the project.

      Cons

      No leadership, will throw the workers under the bus to keep client happy. Web states Conduent is the largest blah,bla bla... It's literally a start up trying to capitalize on the Xerox brand. They would rather publicize a multi million dollar headquarters in NJ than keep their workforce. There is also very much a good ol boy mentality from the old ACS acquisition.

      Great hours, no other pros

      Cons

      This place is so micromanaged it has driven out some of the best employees. Employees are treated like children. Management is spread thin and the priorities for managment are based on things that do nothing to improve or to make the workplace environment more productive. The corporate office underbid the contract so badly that there are not enough employees to meet the performance standard needed. No raises with an increasingly unrealistic workload. Constant stress over the stability of the job.
