      Pros

      Benefits on full-time, unionized, interesting cast of characters at my location.

      Cons

      Abusive management. Budget so tight we are told we can't afford basic and necessary safety equipment! Non-essential equipment never replaced. Essential equipment not maintained until it malfunctions during a shift. Overworked for the amount of pay we're given. Understaffed. Expected to work "for free"- that is, finish our job and clock out for shift end even if we are given more work than we can manage in the time given. Schedules inconsistent and erratic. Split weekends are common, shifting from early mornings to late nights is common. No communication.

      Pros

      I don't have much good to say, my time with Compass Group was not pleasant.

      Cons

      More focus on cost and appearance (more like cheap set dressing) than on product and service. Poor communication, mediocre benefits, scarce career development opportunities, and inconsistent pay scale. They also appear to walk all over their "partners" when they can get away with it.

      Pros

      Management are bully's the pay is crap the job is carp and they don't give you your month in hand when you leave well they don't pay you nothing at all the take it all away from you. the management take stock to sell on the side made to work with no lunch the most worst company you could ever work for they say the make 14 billion a year but they won't freed the staff or pay them better compass / ess Medway should be looked in to by the police becouse there doing things against the law
