Pros

I have tried to think of one but I can't think of any sorry.

Cons

The way things are run are terrible if you have any problems (mine being short pay of 62 hours) you call helplines and all you are told is 'This is a managers line only' then the phone is put down on you. You approach manager nothing is done so you call helpline 'This is a managers line only' then the phone is put down on you. This is repeated over and over again. I handed my notice in promised pay would be sorted and guess what.......nothing. No one cares.

Pros

My colleagues are brilliant, we work together as a tight knit team.

Cons

Head office have absolutely no idea about actually working on the front line, they come across that they don't care. We have a new manager who couldn't organise anything, we carry him do much he may aswell not be there.
